Cancellation & Subscription Policy – Pheroluxe

When you subscribe to Pheroluxe, you enjoy exclusive savings and automatic deliveries of your favorite products. Below, you'll find the terms and conditions that apply to our subscriptions.

1. Subscription Duration & Minimum Commitment

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to a minimum commitment of two (2) deliveries. This means:

• Your first order is processed and charged immediately upon purchase.

• Your second order is automatically charged according to your selected delivery interval.

• Your subscription can only be canceled after both payments have been successfully completed.

2. Automatic Renewal

After the minimum commitment of two deliveries, your subscription will automatically renew.

From that point onward, you may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Once the minimum commitment has been fulfilled, you can easily manage your subscription through your personal account:

• Visit the account page on our website.

• Log in using your email address.

• Don't have a password yet? Simply select "Forgot Password" to create one.

• Navigate to your subscription and select Cancel, Pause, or Modify.

4. Cancellation Before Processing

Once a new order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

In this case, our standard Return & Refund Policy will apply.

5. Reminders & Transparency

Before each upcoming delivery, you will receive an email reminder so you're always informed about your next payment and shipment.

6. Responsible Use

Subscriptions are intended for personal use only and may not be used for resale.

Pheroluxe reserves the right to terminate subscriptions in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.
